About the Authors
Zack Kass is the former Head of Go-to-Market at OpenAI, where he helped lead enterprise partnerships integrating AI into the workflows of organizations worldwide.
Nathan Christensen is the co-founder and former CEO of Mineral, a human resources technology company that served more than a million U.S. businesses.
Together, Nathan and Zack share a deep belief that leadership, not just technology, will define the future of work. They now advise and speak globally on how to build high-performing, human-centered organizations tailored for the AI era.
